Who is responsible
This website, afterai.works, is run by Andrius Kleinas (After AI), based in Vilnius, Lithuania. For anything about your personal data, email hello@afterai.works.
What this site collects
The site has no contact form, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
When you email me
If you write to hello@afterai.works, I receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. I use this only to reply to you and, if we agree to work together, to prepare and carry out that work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or my legitimate interest in answering inquiries.
I keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle them and any work that follows, and no longer than required by law. I don't sell your data or share it for marketing.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. Email hello@afterai.works and I'll respond within one month.
You can also complain to the Lithuanian data protection authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Changes
If this policy changes, for example when a contact form is added, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
